As we say goodbye to Jessica, a valued member of our practice, we face the need for some adjustments. While her departure is hard, our commitment to delivering outstanding care remains steadfast. Due to her leaving, we will temporarily pause accepting new patients and instead implement a waiting list. In this post, we will explain why we made this decision, what it means for our current and prospective patients, and how we aim to manage this transition smoothly.

The Importance of Quality Care

Currently, we receive an influx of inquiries from those wanting our services. To ensure that any new patients receive the same quality of attention that our loyal patients enjoy, we must take a brief pause. This pause is not an easy decision. However, it is necessary to protect the integrity of our practice and care standards.

What the Waiting List Means for You

If you're interested in joining our practice, you will be placed on a waiting list. We predict it will take about 3-4 weeks to work through the waiting list. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this period.

Being on the waiting list allows us to keep track of your status. We will communicate updates and notify you when we can welcome you into our practice. Our aim is for you to experience the same exceptional care our current patients receive.

Communicating with Our Current Patients

For our existing patients, we want to reassure you that your ongoing care will remain unaffected. Our dedicated team is here to support you. If you have any questions or concerns during this time, please reach out to us. We aim to ensure you feel informed and cared for throughout this transition.

Moving Forward Together

We want to thank you for your understanding and support as we navigate this transition. Our decision to pause accepting new patients was made carefully, with the goal of continuing to deliver exceptional care.

We are enthusiastic about the future, looking forward to welcoming new patients in the upcoming weeks. Thank you for your patience as we work through this period, and we hope to see you soon!
